I called for a quote and it went to voicemail…

If you have called for a move quote during office hours and get our voicemail, here’s why.  I like to be the only person who talks to our customers from start to finish.  The summer months get very busy and I don’t like to put our customer’s on hold several times during a call.  If I put someone I am talking to on hold every time the 2nd line rings, I feel that I cannot successfully answer all their questions and give them an accurate quote.  Plus there’s the frustration of the customer for being put on hold so many times.  Therefore, more often than not, I will let it go to voicemail so I can give each potential customer my undivided attention.  If you get our voicemail, don’t just hang up, please leave me a message and I will call you back as soon as I can.  I look forward to hearing from all our future customers in the Pearland, Friendswood, Manvel and surrounding areas!
